NEWS UPDATE Roxy Music Tour photos 2006 25.09.06 We have added a few more pictures from the Roxy music tour from Summer 2006.
Tour update 29.06.06 The Great Paul Thompson will not be playing Roxy Music’s Summer concerts due to a bout of ill health. We all wish Paul a speedy recovery and look forward to seeing him in the studio in the Autumn. On drums for these European dates will be none other than Andy Newark, well known to all Roxy fans. Highclere Rocks 06.06.06 Bryan decided to help the countryside alliance by performing at a charity event in the grounds of highclere park, and under the shadow of the castle. There was music from 4pm to midnight and Bryan played four songs, warming up the audience as night approached. This was the first time Leo Abrahams and Ollie Thompson had played together, their individual sounds complimented each other on the night. Andy Mackay, Joy Malcom and Paul Carrick also joined regulars Colin Good, Sarah Brown, Guy Pratt and 'The Great' Paul Thompson. Eric Clapton, Roger Waters and Gary Brooker followed Bryan's set with their Band Du Lac which went well into the night. www.countryside-alliance.org
